Workflow Screenshotter (Chrome extension). Last updated 16 July 2026.

The short version. The extension has no servers, no account, and no analytics. It makes no network requests at all. Your screenshot is created in your browser and saved to your Downloads folder. Nothing is sent to us or to anyone else, so there is nothing for us to store, share, or sell.

What the extension handles

The extension reads the workflow that is open on your screen in order to take a picture of it. Chrome classifies that as handling website content, so we disclose it here even though the content never leaves your computer.

Website content. When you press "Capture workflow", the extension reads the workflow canvas on the page, takes a series of screenshots of the tab, and stitches them into one image. The image is handed straight to your browser's download. It is not uploaded, copied, or retained by us.
Your two settings. Your chosen image size and file type are saved with Chrome's storage so they persist between captures. If you are signed in to Chrome, Chrome may sync those two values across your own devices. That is a Chrome feature, and the values are yours, not ours. They contain no personal information.

What it does not do

No data is transmitted anywhere. The extension makes no network requests.
No accounts, no sign-in, no email collection.
No analytics, telemetry, tracking, or advertising.
No browsing history, no keystrokes, no clicks, no location.
No selling or sharing of user data with anyone, ever.

Where it runs

The extension only runs on the GoHighLevel workflow builder page. It has no access to any other website or tab. It can only take a screenshot after you click its toolbar icon and press "Capture workflow".

What we certify

In line with the Chrome Web Store's Developer Program Policies and its Limited Use requirements:

We do not sell or transfer user data to third parties.
We do not use or transfer user data for any purpose unrelated to the extension's single purpose.
We do not use or transfer user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.

Children

The extension is a tool for people who administer business software. It is not directed at children and collects nothing from anyone.

Changes to this policy

If the extension's behaviour ever changes in a way that affects this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top before shipping the change. Every version of the source is public, so you can check what the extension does at any time: github.com/Beeyach/workflow-screenshotter.
